2006 was a great year for us. Our businesses continue to grow while we are moving the jewelry in new directions.

With your encouragement I-Carla am refining our look and trying to add a sense of volume in our pieces. You will see this volume in our pod bracelets, our hollow-formed rings and earrings, and even in our fish brooches.

I have also been upgrading my stone setting skills. You will start to see small faceted stones in our work. I have purchased some small colored diamonds that should find their way into some new pieces.

I am also continuing my work with the Local 14 show as one of the set-up queens. A dubious title.

Central Oregon's 3 Sisters Mountains & Broken Top

Dave continues to be my very skilled and capable sous chef in the jewelry area, while I am his sous chef in his glass business.

He is also working hard on the board of Art in the Pearl while keeping glass tiles flying out of his studio. He's currently is working on jobs in a high-end custom home, a destination resort, as well as many smaller jobs for Central Oregon homeowners. 2007 promises to be another busy and wonderful year for us. We look forward to leaving our studio in Oregon's outback and seeing all of you as we travel to shows.
